Warranties & Returns

1.1 All products sold by the Company come with manufacturers warranties. These warranties range from 12 months to 10 years and are offered by the manufacturers not the Company.


1.2 Manufacturers warranties vary, and each have their own terms and conditions in respect of any claims against the purchased product. Please see the documentation supplied with each product or referred to on the website.


1.3 The Company is available to help and assist the Customer with any warranty issues that may arise should the Customer require.


1.4 Any goods sold by the Company that are proved to be defective (provided they are returned within 14 days from the day after the date of delivery, or where the defect was not apparent on reasonable inspection within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect) and the Company is satisfied that such defect is not as a result of damage, misuse or incorrect installation by the buyer and the goods are in as new condition and fit for resale the Company shall at its sole discretion and subject to satisfactory proof of purchase either:
a) Arrange for the goods to be repaired at no cost to the buyer; or
b) Replace the goods (or the part in question); or
c) Refund to the buyer the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price)
and in any case the Company shall have no further liability to the buyer. The statutory rights of the Buyer are not affected.

1.5 Goods damaged while being returned will not be eligible for refund and suitable damage in transit insurance should be taken out with the carrier returning the goods.
